SeQuR aims at the development and commercialization of a low cost, high-bit-rate, quantum random number generator (QRNG). The generator is expected to find applications in quantum cryptography, e-commerce, finance, data storing and gaming.
SeQuR is a Spin-Off In Brussels (SOIB) bursary granted by the Brussels-Capital Region with the aim to transpose fundamental scientific results into concrete applications that can potentially form the basis for new businesses in the Brussels-Capital Region.
Louis-Philippe Lamoureux is leading the SeQuR project.
Spin-off of ULB SQR Technologies founded in January 2010 as a result of SeQuR
closely collaborates with CRYPTASC Phase II.
